Primetime — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Primetime is an independent tool built to work alongside Sleeper.com league data inside Discord. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, Discord, the NFL, or any NFL team. This page explains, plainly, what Primetime collects, why, and how to remove it.

1. Discord identifiers

Primetime stores the numeric Discord IDs of the servers, channels, and members it's been set up to work with — for example, which server a league is linked to, which channel weekly threads post in, and which member linked which team. It does not access your Discord password, email address, or profile beyond the user ID and username Discord itself provides when you interact with a command.

2. Sleeper league data

League ID, roster ID, team and owner names, matchup results, standings, and transaction history — all read from Sleeper's own public API. Sleeper's API doesn't require your Sleeper account credentials; the bot only reads league data that's already publicly visible to anyone with the league ID, for leagues a server admin has chosen to link.

3. Feature preferences

Settings you or your server's admins configure — the weekly-thread channel, whether you've personally opted in to injury/trade/news alerts (off by default), and which teams are linked to which members.

4. Support and feedback submissions

Text submitted through the bot's support or feedback commands is filed as an issue in the developer's private issue tracker so it can be reviewed and addressed. It is not made public, though the developer (and any collaborators) can read it.

5. AI-assisted features

Certain features — like weekly matchup previews — send limited, non-identifying league context (team names, records, points) to Anthropic's Claude API to generate short written text. Your Discord account information is not included in that request. This use is subject to Anthropic's own privacy practices.

The bot never sends your Discord password, email, or payment information to any third-party API.

6. Payments

The bot does not collect or store payment card details directly. Premium purchases are processed entirely by Discord — the bot only ever receives purchase confirmation (which offer, which server or user, and when), never your card number or billing address.

7. How this data is used

Solely to operate the bot's features: responding to commands, posting scheduled content, delivering notifications you've opted into, and applying premium entitlements you've purchased. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing.

8. Retention and deletion

Data tied to your server is kept only while its league remains linked. A server admin can remove everything the bot has stored for that server at any time by running /delete — this clears the league link, every member's team link, notification preferences, and related records in one action. Any member can also remove just their own team link with /unlink-team.

9. Third-party services involved

  • Discord — the platform the bot runs on and (for premium) processes payments through.
  • Sleeper — the public API that supplies league, roster, and matchup data.
  • Anthropic — generates AI-assisted text for certain features.
  • GitHub — hosts the private issue tracker used for support and feedback.
  • Railway — hosts the bot's application and database.

Each operates under its own privacy policy, which governs how it separately handles data on its platform.

10. Children's privacy

Use of the bot is governed by Discord's own minimum age requirements. The bot does not knowingly collect information from anyone beyond what Discord itself provides through normal interaction with a Discord app.

11. Changes to this policy

This page may be updated as the bot's features change. The date at the top always reflects the most recent revision.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy, or a data request beyond what /delete covers, can be sent to contact@threetofour.io.
